Dicte

Dicte is an AI meeting assistant built by Livdeo SAS, a company based in Besançon, France. It records conversations with one tap, transcribes them with speaker identification, and turns the transcript into structured documents — meeting minutes, a condensed "two-pager," a SWOT analysis, or a project management report — rather than leaving users to sift through a raw transcript. It's aimed at on-site, fieldwork, and hybrid meetings rather than only video calls, and is designed for business leaders, executives, and teams who need a record of in-person discussions. The app currently supports English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian, with more languages planned. Privacy is a stated focus: Dicte says it uses open-source, EU-based AI models, processes data on servers located in Paris, applies default pseudonymization, and encrypts data with post-quantum-resistant methods. Dicte is available on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and as a web app. A free plan includes two hours of recording and analysis per month, with paid Premium plans removing that cap for heavier use.
