Replify, formerly known as heyLibby, is an AI-powered customer communication platform focused on gyms, fitness studios, spas, and other wellness businesses. It answers inbound calls, texts, emails, and live chat around the clock, qualifies leads, books appointments, and can run outbound sales campaigns as well as billing and collections follow-ups, all without a person needing to be on shift. The AI can be given a customized personality and voice, and it connects to fitness-industry software such as ABC Fitness, ClubReady, Mindbody, and Daxko, plus Google Calendar and Zapier, so it can book directly into a business's existing scheduling and billing systems. When a conversation needs a human touch, the system can transfer the call live to staff instead of leaving the customer with a bot. The company says it spent its first two years finding product-market fit before settling on the health and wellness industry, and it now also sells a white-label version of the platform that other businesses use to offer AI assistant services under their own brand. More than half of the company's revenue reportedly comes from these white-label deals rather than direct customers. One limitation is that pricing is not published on the site, and its deep focus on fitness and wellness businesses means it may be less suited to leads or sales workflows in other industries.
