Supanote

Supanote is a clinical documentation tool built for mental health practitioners. Therapists record, dictate, or upload audio from a session, and the platform transcribes it before generating a structured note in formats like SOAP, DAP, or BIRP. Notes can be edited in plain English and then copied into the practice's electronic health record.
