Localposh is a dementia care platform designed to simplify access to reimbursable in-home services for families managing cognitive decline. Rather than requiring families to navigate complex benefit programs, billing systems, and care coordination independently, Localposh provides a single point of contact—a care concierge—who handles navigation, advocacy, monitoring, respite care, and clinical alignment across the care team. The platform serves families living with dementia by connecting them to Medicare-covered services through programs like Medicare GUIDE, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, and Long Term Care Insurance. Localposh's distinct approach integrates five core services: navigation through benefit programs, patient advocacy at medical appointments, ongoing monitoring for care plan execution, access to a credentialed network of home health aides and caregivers, and alignment between family caregivers and clinical providers. One limitation is that service availability appears concentrated in specific geographic areas, as the platform requires a credentialed provider network to deliver in-home care services, which may not be equally accessible across all regions.
