Tana

Tana is an AI-native workspace for notes, tasks, and knowledge management built around Supertags — a way of typing notes as structured objects (a task, a meeting, a client, a bug) so information stays organized and queryable instead of sitting in loose, unstructured pages. Layered on that structure, Tana now centers its product on native video meetings with embedded AI agents: rather than just recording and summarizing afterward, agents work during the call itself, drafting documents, filing issues, and updating the shared knowledge graph in real time. Every AI change goes through a proposal system that requires user approval before it's applied. The platform targets product and engineering teams, advisors and consultants, investors, and managers who sit in many meetings and want the outputs — tasks, decisions, research artifacts — captured directly into a persistent, structured workspace instead of a separate transcript. Tana can capture meetings from Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet, and connects via direct OAuth to GitHub, Slack, Linear, Jira, HubSpot, Google Calendar, and Outlook, plus an MCP server for tools like Claude Code and Claude Desktop.
