Propos.li

Propos.li is a Chrome extension, plus iOS and Android apps, built to speed up the Upwork job application process for freelancers. It sends instant notifications when new jobs matching a user's skills are posted, then uses ChatGPT to draft a cover letter for the job, which gets inserted into Upwork's proposal field automatically. Freelancers can also choose from more than 50 proposal templates written by Top Rated Upwork freelancers instead of relying only on AI-generated text. The tool targets Upwork freelancers across disciplines — web developers, designers, writers, translators, accountants, and support specialists — from beginners to established professionals. A mobile keyboard integration lets users send proposals from a phone, and the company states the tool can save up to 12 hours a week compared to manually searching for jobs and writing each proposal from scratch. A free trial is offered with no credit card required, though the site does not disclose exact subscription pricing. One limitation worth noting: some user reviews cited in independent write-ups mention occasional technical issues and concerns that automated, high-volume proposal sending could affect a freelancer's standing with Upwork, so users should apply judgment before sending AI-drafted proposals unedited.
