Polsia

Polsia is an AI system designed to run the day-to-day operations of a company with little or no human staff. A person gives it a business idea, and an AI agent acting as a kind of automated CEO wakes up on a nightly cycle to review the state of the company, decide what needs to happen next, and carry out tasks across planning, software development, marketing, and customer support. It's built on top of existing large language models, combined with persistent memory so context carries over between sessions, and live data connections through MCPs (Model Context Protocol) that let it pull in current information rather than working from a static snapshot. Each morning, the founder using Polsia gets a summary email describing what the AI did overnight and what it plans to work on next. According to reporting on the product, the system was managing more than 1,000 companies at once, handling engineering, marketing, cold outreach, and ad campaigns without human employees, and reportedly crossed $1 million in annual recurring revenue about a month after launch. The tool was created by solo founder Ben Broca. Because Polsia operates with minimal human oversight by design, it's best suited for founders comfortable letting an AI make and execute day-to-day business decisions rather than reviewing every action before it happens.
