Parrot

ParrotPrep is an AI-powered career platform focused on helping job seekers rehearse behavioral interview questions before the real thing. Its centerpiece is Polly, a voice-based AI interviewer built on Hume AI's Empathic Voice Interface, which conducts spoken mock interviews and gives feedback on both what a candidate says and how they say it, including tone and clarity. A Workshop mode lets users drill specific questions at their own pace, and past sessions are saved so people can track how their answers improve over time. Beyond interview practice, ParrotPrep bundles a resume builder, a job application tracker, contact management, and job matching into the same account, positioning itself as a broader companion for the job search rather than a single-purpose tool. It is aimed mainly at early-career professionals and anyone re-entering the job market who wants to rehearse without needing a live practice partner. Core features like the resume builder and job tracker are free with no credit card required, but the AI interview practice itself runs on a credit-based system, so heavy or repeated use of the voice interview feature requires a paid plan. The platform is web-based, and no company founding year is stated on the site.
