Behired

Behired is an AI-powered platform focused on the job application process. It rewrites resumes to align with a specific job description, aiming for ATS-friendly formatting and better keyword matches, and generates cover letters intended to sound like the applicant's own voice rather than generic templates. The platform also prepares users for interviews by producing likely questions for a target role along with structured sample answers, and it offers a job match score that estimates how well a candidate's profile fits a given posting. Beyond individual documents, Behired includes an application tracker that centralizes submitted materials and their statuses in one dashboard, and it supports multiple saved profiles so users applying across different industries or role types can keep separate tailored versions of their materials. A LinkedIn-to-resume feature can pull profile data to help build a starting resume, and finished documents can be exported as PDF or DOCX. Behired targets job seekers at any career stage, from recent graduates to experienced professionals applying to large employers. The company reports over 500,000 users and states it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Access requires a paid "Pro" subscription with no disclosed free tier beyond limited trial features, and the site does not publish pricing directly, so cost isn't clear without signing up.
