Metaview

Metaview is a recruiting platform built around interview automation. Its Notetaker joins video calls on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams, transcribes the conversation, and produces structured notes organized by the interview questions or competencies the hiring team defined in advance, rather than by timestamp. Those notes sync directly into the company's applicant tracking system, so recruiters don't have to copy information manually. The company markets itself as an 'agentic recruiting platform' and has expanded beyond note-taking into a Sourcing Agent that finds and reaches out to candidates, an Application Review feature that screens inbound applicants against a company's stated criteria, a Reports module for hiring analytics, and Fillmore, a newer AI agent that handles outreach and screening-call scheduling. Metaview is aimed at recruiters, hiring managers, and recruiting agencies, and it lists integrations with ATS platforms including Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, Gem, and SmartRecruiters, plus scheduling and video-conferencing tools. One limitation: since so much of the workflow depends on tight ATS integration, teams on unsupported systems may not get the full benefit.
