Swooped

Swooped is an AI-driven job search platform built by Benri Labs, designed to automate the repetitive parts of applying for jobs. It generates tailored resumes and cover letters for each posting, uses ATS-friendly templates meant to pass automated resume filters, and offers a one-click apply flow so candidates can move through applications faster. A resume grader gives feedback on existing resumes, and an AI interview practice tool lets users rehearse role-specific questions before real interviews. The platform also includes networking features intended to help users find warm connections at target companies, plus a browser extension that autofills job application forms and an application tracker to monitor progress across postings. Swooped positions itself for job seekers across industries who want to apply to more roles without spending hours customizing each application by hand, while still reviewing AI-generated material themselves before it is submitted. Swooped offers a free tier with starter credits and a credit-based system for premium features, with no credit card required to begin. The company reports serving more than a million job seekers. One tradeoff worth noting is that heavily automated, AI-generated application material can read as generic unless a candidate takes time to personalize it, which is why Swooped builds in a manual review step before submission.
