It covers the full agile workflow in one place: OKR management for tracking company-level objectives, a product backlog and roadmap for organizing epics, features, and user stories, drag-and-drop Scrum and Kanban boards, sprint planning and release management, and retrospectives with 14 built-in facilitation techniques. It also includes root cause analysis tools and reporting features like burndown charts. It's designed for the different roles on an agile team, including senior management using the OKR view, product owners managing the backlog, developers working from Kanban boards, and Scrum Masters running retrospectives, rather than a single job function. ScrumDesk integrates with Bitbucket, Jira, Redmine, Slack, GitLab, Trello, GitHub, and Excel, and offers mobile access to tasks through its Slack integration. The company says the product is used by more than 40,000 companies and 200+ universities. Pricing is freemium: up to four users can use it for free without feature limits, and larger teams move to paid plans with a 30-day trial. Because it bundles OKRs, backlog management, boards, and retrospectives into a single tool, teams that already rely on separate specialized tools for each of those functions may find some of ScrumDesk's modules redundant with what they already use.
