Resumonk

Resumonk is a web-based resume and cover letter builder that uses AI to help users write and polish their content rather than just format it. People can start a resume from scratch, import an existing PDF or Word file, or pull their work history, education, and skills directly from a LinkedIn profile. From there, the "Rewrite with AI" and "Get AI Suggestions" tools offer line-by-line improvements to phrasing on any section of the resume. The platform provides more than 20 templates, including options with a photo, and lets users adjust fonts and colors freely rather than being locked into a fixed set of choices. Resumonk also lets users manage several resumes at once, cloning an existing one as a starting point for a different job application, and it can host a finished resume online at a unique URL with basic view analytics. A matching cover letter builder rounds out the toolset, and finished documents export as PDF or DOCX. Sign-up is supported through Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook. New users get a free three-day trial with 50 credits, though the site does not spell out ongoing subscription pricing beyond that trial. The company behind the product, White Indus Ventures Pte. Ltd., does not disclose a founding year on the site, so Resumonk's age relative to competitors is unclear.
