Reclip

Reclip is a web-based platform that automates video editing tasks for social media creators, combining several AI tools for turning long recordings into short clips and generating new content. Its AI Clipper scans long-form video to automatically identify moments likely to perform well as standalone clips, while a separate AI Video Generator can create footage using models such as Veo 3.1 Fast and Kling 3.0. Voiceovers are produced through an ElevenLabs integration, and the platform also includes an AI image generator, background removal, caption removal, video compression, and a downloader for pulling content from multiple platforms. The tool is built for creators publishing regularly to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Twitch, with the stated goal of helping them post more often by cutting down editing time. Reclip is sold on a credit-based subscription: a Starter plan at $19/month includes 220 credits, a Pro plan at $39/month includes 520 credits and is marked as most popular, and a Creator plan at $69/month includes 1,050 credits, with a 30% discount for annual billing. One limitation is that Reclip depends on credits for AI generation, so heavy usage of the video and voiceover generators can be constrained by plan tier.
