PinMy

PinMy is a visual collaboration tool for construction and site-based teams, used to document defects, manage punch lists, and coordinate work across a project. Users drop pins directly on plans, photos, videos, or 3D building models and record voice notes that are automatically transcribed to text, avoiding manual typing on site. The platform supports PDFs, photos, videos, floor plans, and 3D IFC building models, including IFC-to-lightweight conversion for viewing models on mobile devices, with BCF 2.1 import and export for exchanging issues with other BIM tools. Teammates can be tagged on annotated plans so they see the full context of an issue, and the app can generate PDF reports directly from annotated files without additional manual setup. Premium features include pinning comments to specific moments in walkthrough videos and OCR for extracting text from site photos and serial plates. PinMy targets site supervisors, architects, BIM coordinators, foremen, snagging managers, project managers, surveyors, and facilities managers. It is available on iOS, Android, the web, and as a Chrome extension. Pricing includes a free plan (6 files, 62 MB storage, 30-second voice notes), a Premium plan at 8.99 EUR per month or billed yearly with more storage and longer recordings, and a custom-priced Teams plan with SSO and audit logs for multi-site deployments. The tool was a finalist at the REBUILD Construction Tech Startup Forum 2026 and the DES Scale-up World Summit 2025.
