Interact was the assessment and video-interviewing product from Xobin; the interact.xobin.com domain still resolves, but it now displays a notice that Interact has been renamed and folded into the main Xobin brand. Under that name, the platform remains a hiring assessment tool used to run remote skills tests, coding tests, and psychometric evaluations, backed by a library of thousands of role-based and skill-specific assessments. The platform includes AI-driven proctoring during test-taking, using pupil tracking and keystroke pattern analysis to flag irregular test attempts, along with automated video interviews and AI-assisted evaluation of candidate answers. It also offers an applicant tracking system, application management tools, 360-degree performance reviews, and employee engagement surveys, extending beyond initial candidate screening into broader talent management. An assessment API and webhooks are available for teams that want to connect it to their own hiring systems, and it integrates with recruiting platforms such as Greenhouse.
