Guest Guru AI is a virtual assistant designed to automate guest messaging for vacation rental property managers. The tool handles repetitive guest queries and post-booking FAQs across multiple platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. It learns from a property's PMS data, house manuals, and policies to provide timely, accurate responses to common guest questions about check-in, WiFi access, checkout times, and other frequent inquiries. The platform targets short-term rental (STR) hosts and property managers who struggle with communication bottlenecks. Recently, Guest Guru AI was acquired and integrated into Zeevou for enhanced guest communication capabilities.
