The company now runs a separate open-source model fine-tuning platform aimed at developers, and even that draws complaints about unresponsive support and a steep technical learning curve. Unless you specifically need to fine-tune open-source models and deploy them via API, there is no reason to look here — go straight to ChatGPT or Claude instead.
