Auto Localize is a macOS app that automates translating mobile and desktop app projects into multiple languages. Users can connect their own AI provider, choosing OpenAI or Google Gemini's API, or run a local model through tools like LM Studio or Ollama for offline, private translation. Beyond code strings, the app also helps manage App Store Connect metadata and can generate and upload localized app store screenshots, connecting directly to App Store Connect for one-click updates across languages. The tool is built for indie developers and small app teams who want to reach international audiences without hiring translators or building a custom localization pipeline. It is distributed through the Mac App Store rather than as a web service.
