About ActionKit

ActionKit is an integration API from Paragon that gives AI agents access to a large catalog of prebuilt Integration Actions, such as creating a Salesforce record or retrieving Google Drive files, without a developer having to build and deploy a custom workflow for each one. Agents call these actions directly through a single API, and Paragon handles the underlying OAuth flows and credential management for the connected apps. The platform currently connects to more than 130 SaaS applications, spanning CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot, ticketing systems like Jira, communication tools like Slack, and Google Calendar and Google Drive. It is compatible with major LLM frameworks including OpenAI, LangChain, and Vercel's AI SDK, and exposes an embedded authentication UI so end users can connect their own accounts. ActionKit also supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), letting agents retrieve available actions and parameters at runtime rather than through a fixed, hardcoded list. Paragon reports SOC 2 Type II certification and provides an event-logging dashboard for monitoring and debugging agent activity, along with a sandbox called the AI Agent Playground for testing. Paragon recently added ActionKit Triggers, letting applications subscribe to real-time events from users' connected third-party accounts. Detailed pricing is not published on the main page.
